The Citrix ICA Client has been re-named to “Citrix Receiver”. It is available for download from citrix.com. The first Citrix client troubleshooting step is to try the latest client.
For large networks, the software can be deployed to many machines using the Citrix provided startup scripts for Windows. See the official documentation for: Delivering Receiver Using Active Directory and Sample Startup Scripts.
